A code has been added that places links in the profiles in messages.
The links are at the bottom of the profiles: Add as Friend and member's username 's Wall (visitor messages page).

A new chatbox has been added. To access it, press the link (Chatbox) at the bottom of the page.

The messages that are completely white are the one that have been thanked by using the thanks button.

I decided that having different colors for each staff groups is too much. I decided to use the same color for all staff members. It will only cover the profile area in messages.
